Report Delivery Reports may be delivered in printed or electronic formats (PDF, email, WhatsApp, or portal) as requested by the patient. The laboratory is not responsible for data security after authorized sharing. Tests are conducted using validated methods, but results may be affected by biological or technical factors. Critical values will be communicated promptly. Payments are non-refundable once testing has commenced. Laboratory liability is limited to the cost of the test performed. All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
